Tosei Corporation (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Seiichiro Yamaguchi; Securities code: 8923, "the Company" hereafter) is pleased to announce that it has acquired DBJ Green Building Certification by Development Bank of Japan Inc. for Tosei Hotel COCONE Tsukiji Ginza Premier today.

We have acquired DBJ Green Building Certification for Tosei Hotel COCONE Tsukiji Ginza Premier, a hotel owned and operated by our group. Since its opening in last September, the hotel has been striving to improve its environmental performance, comfort, and disaster prevention features by introducing electricity derived from renewable energy, installing a fitness room, and concluding an agreement to accept guests who have difficulty returning home. As a result of these initiatives, the hotel received 3-star certification (★★★) as a building with very excellent "environmental and social considerations." This is the first time for our hotel to acquire DBJ Green Building Certification. The overview is as follows.

Tosei Group will continue to promote environmental and social considerations in the properties it owns and actively acquire environmental real estate certifications, including DBJ Green Building Certification, in an effort to practice ESG management.
