Tosei Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Seiichiro Yamaguchi, Securities Code: 8923) is pleased to announce that it has been selected as an excellent company in "Gomez ESG Web Awards 2024," published in September 2024.

The ranking is based on a survey conducted by BroadBand Security, Inc. to evaluate the usability and information content of websites, especially ESG websites, for public relations activities aimed at various stakeholders, including shareholders and investors. The survey items consist of five categories: "Website Usability," "ESG Common," "E (Environment)," "S (Society)," and "G (Governance)," and are set up to incorporate the perspectives of not only shareholders and investors, who are the primary users, but also a wide range of stakeholders.

We have positioned information disclosure as one of the three most important elements of corporate governance and aim to operate a high-quality corporate website. In order to meet the increasing demand for sustainability information disclosure, we have been working to enrich our ESG page while referring to domestic and international ESG disclosure standards and external evaluations. As a result of these efforts, we have been awarded for three consecutive years, following our first award in 2022 and 2023.

We will continue to promote sustainability-conscious management and strive to disclose ESG information in a way that is easy to understand and substantial for all stakeholders.
