"T's garden Kitakashiwa" is a rental apartment with a total of 149 units in 3 buildings. After acquiring the former company housing with all the rooms vacant, a portion of the private area was upgraded to a common-use facility from the perspective of improving profitability and promoting leasing. In order to enhance the attractiveness of the large-scale community, "kids' room," "party room," and "study room" have been newly established, providing services that can be freely used by residents. These added values also contributed to leasing, and the property was sold as an income-generating apartment with almost full occupancy. Tosei's revitalization and leasing capabilities were successful in this project.
